Surrounded by pristine natural beauty with big-city amenities, Bellevue offers a world-class shopping and entertainment experience and is home to innovative global corporations. With a vibrant fusion of hotels, restaurants, arts & culture, outdoor recreation along with the Meydenbauer Convention Center, Bellevue is poised to become the next booming city in Washington State. As an attractive business center for developers and a burgeoning epicenter for technology companies, there exists a growing demand for residential buildings.

Located in the heart of downtown Bellevue, Bellevue 10 is a 7-story destination building that provides luxury homes for tenants. Visitors arrive and find a place that fosters community.

Lobby Material Palette

A balance of elemental and refined materials combined with a stylistic design edge visually differentiates it from other mid-rise buildings in the downtown area. Amenities include a lobby “great living room”, fitness center and roof terrace garden.

Exterior Rendering

Balance is created with the use of elemental and refined materials in combination with a styled edge that is not found in any other mid-rise buildings in the downtown area. We introduce two color palettes throughout the residency and corridors, creating choice and autonomy for inhabitants – ‘light and fresh’ or ‘neutral and mature’, which includes a slightly saturated, darker flooring material. With both palettes, the hardware and fixtures are matte black, offering elegance. Each unit has an electronic key, lighted mirror, quality appliances and is built technology-ready for a modern tenant. Larger units include a kitchen island designed as ‘furniture’ – they look and give it each home personality, unlike most other apartment buildings in the area.

Rooftop amenities include an outdoor living room punctuated by a six-foot textured porcelain fireplace, a sectional sofa and lounge chairs by the fire table and chaise lounge seating to take in the unobstructed view of Lake Washington and downtown Seattle. In a communal outdoor kitchen, residents have access to bar and grill with umbrella seating and an adjacent dog park/wash area.
